Jazzed for Juice

Juice Feasting

Tasty green vegetable juice can be likened to a “living broth,” as it is teeming with micronutrients. Fresh pressed juices contain natural vitamins and minerals in their most easily absorbed bioavailable form.

Packed with healthy nutrients and enzymes, our juicing program cleanses are designed to help detoxify and rejuvenate your body. Accumulated impurities will be eliminated and leave you looking and feeling ‘the glow.’ Our juices have a nice balance between nutrition and deliciousness with using organic and local (when possible) fresh veggies and optionally, low sugar fruit. We also at times add fresh warmed puréed soup when temperatures or an individual’s health picture warants it.

If you are looking to jump-start your wellness plan towards the goal of giving you a radiant energetic life, and truly optimal health through juicing:

  • A juicing only program allows your body to rest it’s digestive processes (the fact is, most people’s digestive system has been impaired from years of eating junk food).
  • You absorb the nutrients easily, thereby conserving energy and using saved energy to heal and cleanse the body. In a way, the veggies you ‘eat’ on this program are pre-digested.
  • The normal process of metabolism generates cellular waste and toxicity in the body. In addition, many people are consuming toxins in their refined and processed foods. Toxicity can increase irritation and inflammation, and promote the beginnings of many health problems.
  • Eliminate excessive toxicity that can overburden and weaken organs that are designed to detoxify the body (liver and kidneys), and suppress the function of body systems like the immune and endocrine systems. Juicing helps remove the toxic waste from your body thus lessening the load upon your elimination organs.

The great thing about juicing is that you get to absorb all of these delicious nutrients without the energy expenditure of digestion as you would use up with a regular meal! This allows your body to use this ‘conserved energy’ for cleansing and repairing!

This follows the Seikon-Chikara principle of preserving and over time, increasing energy for better immune system support.

Although people do lose weight on the ‘Jazzed for Juice’ Program, it’s usefulness is primarily to cleanse, rejuvenate and restore health.

We ask that you are on a good nutritious meal plan both before and after you finish your juice-only program.

This will make the detoxification process easier for you. Therefore, we ask that you eat ‘clean’ (please see Before You Arrive section below) for 7 days before you begin your ‘Jazzed for Juice’ program.

It may be advisable for some people to eat our solid food veggies & low glycemic fruits for a day or two before commencing your juice program. We can extend your juice cleanse accordingly depending upon the state of your overall health. Beyond 7 – 10 days, contact Dr. Randy.

Before You Arrive

For best results, cut back or avoid all meats, dairy, processed foods, sodas, bread, sweets, cigarettes, alcohol and coffee a week before your visit. The cleaner your diet and habits are before joining this program, the better your results will be.

Drink at least six, 6-8 ounce glasses of water every day before your arrival.

Get Results with our Organic Juicing Program at Naturally Well by the Shore!

We do our best to provide only the highest quality organic fruits and vegetables, preferably locally grown when possible, for your juicing pleasure. Please understand that if you are juicing you will not be eating solid food except perhaps at the beginning and end of your juice program.

Freshly prepared juices are provided for you at specific times, 4 – 5 times throughout the day. We may add warm soup broth to your menu depending on how you are feeling and the season.

If you choose the Jazzed for Juice Program, please commit to sticking with it. More produce is required for juicing and if we purchase the extra food and you decide not to follow through, there will be wastage which we want to avoid.
